Higher than usual amount of equipment breakage/failures this month.

Grant funding update – Final decision is expected end of this week.
Air conditioning in the shop is still not functioning properly. The Board is evaluating repair vs. replacement. Repair is the more cost effective option given our short-term lease. A dehumidifier has been added to make higher temps more comfortable until the repair is complete.
Board changes update: Russ has decided to remain on the board, so there is one open board seat to be filled.
