* Recipes for using Kimchi in everyday meals

* We will also provide a tour of Annapolis Makerspace

We will be making Baechu kimchi, which is the most traditional version. Due to the hands on approach to this class there is a limit of 8 participants. There is a $10 participation fee (2 for $15 for members) to cover the cost of materials. You will be able to take home a jar of the Kimchi you helped make!

Membership in Annapolis makerspace is NOT required to participate in this class. Due to the ingredients and tools (garlic and knives) we ask that participants be 13 or older. Please wear an old shirt as possible Kimchi-related stains may happen!
