MEET AT THE HARRY S TRUMAN PARKWAY PARK AND RIDE https://goo.gl/maps/QbDzvh1meyx
No National Maker Faire in DC this year, so the next closest notable one is the NoVA Maker Faire at George Mason University.
"What is Maker Faire?
Maker Faire is a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning and who love sharing what they can do. From engineers to artists to scientists to crafters, Maker Faire is a venue for these "makers" to show hobbies, experiments, projects.
We call it the Greatest Show (& Tell) on Earth - a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity, and resourcefulness.
Glimpse the future and get inspired!"
Over 150 Makers and Exhibitors:

Schedule of presentations:

Bring money for tickets, willingness to drive if cars are full, snacks or anything else you'll need for a partial day trip.
We may not be out all day, but I set the time frame for getting there at opening and leaving at closing. If anyone needs to leave earlier, you might consider driving separately or coordinate with others who may want to leave earlier. RSVP so we can get an idea of how many people are interested so we can play vehicles accordingly.
